Monroe was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA. After graduating from UVA and The Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy in 2018, he built and managed a customer experience branch for a local start-up company in Charlottesville. Through this experience, he learned firsthand the importance of building customer relationships that are collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Moreover, he developed skills in strategic planning, preparedness, and learned to think quickly to problem solve through unexpected difficulties.
Monroe brings these lessons, along with his love of the greater Charlottesville area, into his Real Estate career. From a young age, Monroe enjoyed taking to his dirt bike to discover new places within his beloved hometown. When he was old enough to drive, he was drawn to spend hours exploring the quiet backroads of Albemarle, slowly learning the land and its history by heart. Now, he is excited to share his knowledge and deep passion for the greater Charlottesville area with others through a career in real estate. His top priority is to ensure that his clients’ expectations are exceeded and their visions become reality.
In his free time, Monroe can be found working on his cars. A self-taught mechanic, he loves nothing more than spending time in the garage. He also enjoys time on the river with his dog Forest and a greasy burger at Riverside.
