Leo McGuigan

A native of the Philadelphia area, Leo graduated in 1975 from Villanova University with a B.S. degree in Marketing. After graduation, he began his career in sales in the basic steel industry in Philadelphia, eventually moving to the mid-west for 10 years. During that time, Leo furthered his career by becoming involved in the sale of downstream processing of steel bars and sheet, and selling closed-die forgings and metal stampings. In 1984, while still living in the mid-west, Leo purchased a property in Ocean City and in 1987, he returned to the east coast and settled in that property in Ocean City as a full time year round resident. That same year, Leo obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate License and since then has enjoyed helping his clients with all of their Real Estate needs here in Ocean City.
