Burton Wilkins: Born in Moorestown, New Jersey, Burt graduated from Moorestown High School in 1972 and earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Fordham University School of Business in 1976. Immediately following college, Burt worked in accounting and finance for Intercontinental Hotels corporate office in New York City. In 1978 Burt was hired as General Manager of the Port-O-Call Hotel and moved to Ocean City as a year-round resident. In 1988, Burt joined an Ocean City real estate firm as Vice President and owner. Burt received his GRI designation and Real Estate Brokers license in 1990. In 1998 Burt opened Goldcoast Realty and in 1998 affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty to become Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty. Burt was President of the Ocean City Board of Realtors in 1997 and Realtor of the Year in 1999. He continues to be one of Ocean City’s top producers with Circle of Excellence Awards every year since 1988 with recent annual sales between $25 and $40 million dollars. Burt has also been active in the community and is a member of the Ocean City/Upper Township Rotary Club and Club President in 2006. He currently is chairman of the Ocean City Tourism Development Commission, a member of the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve on committees within the Ocean City Board of Realtors. Burt offers over 30 years real estate experience and knowledge to the Wilkins team clients.

Emily Wilkins: Born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey, Emily grew up immersed in the Real Estate industry following the footsteps of her father, Burt Wilkins, Broker/Owner of Goldcoast Sotheby's International Realty. Upon graduation from Ocean City High School, Emily obtained her New Jersey Real Estate license. She practiced Real Estate while attending James Madison University where she was a captain of the JMU Equestrian team. Emily graduated from JMU's College of Business with honors and started her marketing career with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. After learning the ropes of luxury marketing, Emily pursued a job opportunity in Miami Beach, Florida where she marketed and sold luxury Real Estate for two of the top Real Estate Brokers in the country, working with clients from around the world. Now residing in Ocean City, Emily is well involved in the community. She is on the Board of Directors for Ocean City Board of Realtors and assists with the marketing for various local charities. Emily firmly believes in continual growth and education and graduated from Realogy's Ascend Executive Leadership Program in 2016. Proactive, intelligent and well informed, Emily’s expertise lies in driving sales through unique marketing strategies.

Burton Wilkins III: A native of Ocean City, Wilkins grew up enjoying all that the town has to offer, from the beaches to the bay. He loves to share these passions with the community. Burton joins his father and sister at Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty and brings his own unique set of skills and expertise to the family business. An avid traveler, Wilkins specializes in the international referral program within Sotheby’s International Realty and has a wide base of international clientele. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Wilkins has spent the past decade in South Florida building a resume wrought with experience in customer relations, including top producer at One Sotheby’s International Realty, director of nightlife overseeing marketing and promotions for luxury nightclub brands such as LIV Nightclub in the FontainebleauHotel, Basement at the Edition Hotel & WALL Lounge at the W Hotel. As a licensed REALTOR since 2011 in Florida, Wilkins brings his background in hospitality to real estate and provides clients a personal, one-of-a-kind luxury real estate experience regardless of price point. That same approach continues as he transitions back to his familial roots with all the luxury the Jersey shore has to offer.
