Phyllis's knowledge, experience and leadership skills as a retired teacher and school principal uniquely prepared her for work as a Realtor ® at Group One Sotheby's International Realty and a property manager. As owner and property manager of Group One Property Management, she believes identifying needs, analyzing options, monitoring details, and building trust in relationships are keys to a successful business. Phyllis Barker opened her Group One PM business in 2014. As a licensed Realtor®, she is trained to deliver superior customer service to tenants and investors in Ada County. The company currently manages over 100 single-family homes in and around Boise and has plans to grow with the addition of more residential and commercial rental properties in the coming months. Phyllis was born and raised in Montana and has been living and working in the Treasure Valley since 1988. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Master's in Economics Education and a Master's in Education Leadership. She has 5 children and numerous grandchildren and currently serves on the Board of the Boise Philharmonic
