Katiuscia relocated to Star in 2021 and is thrilled to call the Treasure Valley, “home”! She fell in love with Idaho’s beautiful landscape, people, value-driven quality of life, and gorgeous seasons. A 3rd generation Realtor and southern California native, she previously specialized in residential and investment properties in San Diego. She is hospitality-driven, having owned a small business, and thrives on serving others. She is proud to be part of the Group One Sotheby’s family and is inspired by the Sotheby’s culture and reputation of excellence.

Katiuscia is passionate about the trust and relationships she builds with her clients, always putting their needs first while protecting their investment. She is highly driven, delivers quality service, acts with integrity, and is unafraid to use tough negotiation strategies to get the job done. She believes that excellent communication and keen attention to detail are important keys to a seamless transaction, and is a resource for her clients, guiding them through the process step by step.
When not with clients, Katiuscia is a devoted dog mom, enjoys traveling, exploring her surroundings, reading a great book, and spending time at her family home in Italy. She loves the feeling of “community” the Treasure Valley provides, and takes opportunities to further integrate herself into that community. She sits on committees for the Boise Regional Realtors, is an active Ambassador for the Boise Metro Chamber, and is on the Leadership Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County’s annual Wild West Auction.
