Southeast Boise

Southeast Boise is one of the city’s fastest-growing areas, meandering from the edge of Boise State to the Oregon Trail Historic Reserve off Highway 21. The architecture varies hugely from bucolic horse properties to smart condos, but every home here boasts prime access to the mountains and Lucky Peak Reservoir. During summer, residents flock to Barber Park for a lazy float down the Boise River.
