Nicki Lucenti

Nicole is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island and is very familiar with the Ocean State’s coastal communities. She began her professional life as a schoolteacher, but her love of houses and interior design led to a career change. An ambitious entrepreneur, Nicki started her decorating business, 'Nicknacks,' and soon after earned her real estate license. Her friendly personality and keen sense of detail are a successful combination. She enjoys getting to know her clients and finding them the perfect house.

In 2017, Nicki and her business partner, Dina Karousos, had a record-breaking year with almost $30 million in sales, including over $20 million in Portsmouth alone. 2018 was another strong year for the team, and in 2019, Dina and Nicki were ranked as the top producers in Portsmouth. This dynamic team also claimed the top selling spot in the Portsmouth, Rhode Island market in both 2020 with over $19 million in sales, and in 2021 with over $20 million in Portsmouth sales and over $50 million in sales state-wide. Participating in over $162 million in total dollar volume over the past 5 years, Nicki's experience has taught her to listen carefully, negotiate the best possible deals, and work tirelessly to fulfill her clients’ goals. Whether working with local residents or international visitors, she is committed to providing the highest level of service. Nicki is also an expert at staging homes for sale. In her free time, she enjoys walking her black lab, Brody, decorating, and attending her children’s sporting events.
