Bob Suarez

A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology, I used my technical skills and began a career in the health insurance industry. I initially worked for a large insurance company but spent the majority of my time as a licensed broker for local and national mid-sized to large employers managing their employee benefit programs. I apply the skills of in-depth review and project management needed in the insurance business to every interaction with sellers, buyers or renters.

I've been the person that everyone reaches out to when they have a question about their home or how to fix something. I've always enjoyed helping these friends and colleagues, so I use this passion to help those friends both old and new, Spanish and English speaking to find their dream homes. I take great pleasure in guiding clients through the process to homeownership. First time buyers and seasoned homeowners each need help along the way. My knowledge and commitment to detail provides the security they want and need to be confident in their real estate purchase or sale. I take the time to listen to you and apply my positive attitude, determination and responsiveness to successfully guide you through your buying or selling process.

I have called Monmouth County New Jersey home for 20 years. As a newlywed, I fell in love with a historic home in the Lincroft section of Middletown. My wife indulged me and we have been the caretakers ever since. With great pride we will leave our home in better shape than we found it for the next generation.

An active parishioner and ordained Elder at the Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury, I have chaired the Facilities Management committee for the last 9 years. I strongly believe in the importance of sharing your expertise and helping your community.

An avid racquetball player since college and now an active Crossfit athlete, I truly enjoy the lifestyle that Monmouth County affords its' residents. The beaches and boardwalks, the extensive County Park system, the music venues and art communities, the shopping and dining destinations, we have much to appreciate.
