Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Jeff MacPherson has been a full time Monmouth County Realtor for 27 years. In that time he developed an expertise on Red Bank home trends as the town evolved from a sleepy mom & pop retail center into a destination spot for visitors to the legendary "Jersey Shore" and a reference point to the surrounding towns of Fair Haven, Little Silver, Rumson, Middletown and Tinton Falls. Jeff used the Red Bank model as an indicator of home value and then adjusted for client needs. This success through the years has resulted in Circle of Excellence Recognition and a loyal client base. Competing brokers often ask Jeff's advice and opinion when they list a home in the Red Bank area. We are proud to say without hesitation that Jeff MacPherson has listed or sold more single family Red Bank homes than anyone in the world. He treats each client with the careful attention to detail they expect when making the largest investment of their lives. Jeff understands that what you need in a realtor, is a translator, an experienced voice that can disseminate the week to week trends in the area and allow clients or customers to make a confident decision. In the course of his career Jeff has managed offices and conducted training for several National Monmouth County brokers. But you can't truly understand a community without being involved on a local level. As a founder of the Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival in 1991 Jeff lent his musical talents to one of the cornerstone events that put Red Bank on the map, after Count Basie that is, and capitalized on the town's rich musical legacy. Jeff's USO tour of Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm sent him half way around the world to play for American troops in the desert. During the Christmas season Jeff is proud to be a member of the Holiday Express musical troupe delivering the gift of human kindness to those in need during the holiday season. But as he has done since 1956, he always comes home to Monmouth County. Jeffrey lives on South Street in Red Bank with his wife Carmelina, sons Sam & Jack and of course their dog Rio. " This is where I grew up, where my parents taught me to count my blessings," Jeff is fond of saying " and let's face it, Dorothy was right, there's no place like home."
