I am a lifelong resident of Monmouth County and possess extensive knowledge and love of the area. In my free time I enjoy landscape photography, camping, boating, cruising, and the wonderful Jersey Shore. I have been licensed for over 25 years and also held a full time career in land use administrator in municipal government. My experience in zoning, permitting, and the building process has enabled me to gain additional knowledge to be an informed real estate service provider. I am certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS), educated in assisting clients with life stage changes and best practices in marketing homes. I strive to be meticulous and attentive to all of the details during the process of buying or selling real estate and to provide a smooth transaction from the beginning until closing. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, NJ Association of Realtors, Monmouth Ocean Association of Realtors and the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service.
