Our Green Hills office, located south of downtown Nashville, is located in a bustling and desirable area to live and play. This flourishing community offers a friendly atmosphere and suburban feel, yet is only five miles from downtown. In addition to Green Hills, our agents also have experience selling in all of Nashvilles neighborhoods and surrounding counties. Each neighborhood has a unique flavor, from trendy stores, budding food scenes and active nightlife to pristine parks and fun festivals and community events. Founded in 1979 by the pioneering Shirley Zeitlin, our Green Hills location has more than 80 agents in a firm that has grown to more than 150 Realtors and support staff. Our two additional locations are located in Belle Meade, a short jaunt from downtown Nashville, and historic Franklin, located in the center of Williamson County.
