Areas of focus and success include luxury home sales, working with first time home buyers, investment properties, relocation assistance, rental properties and the sale /purchase of distressed properties such as short sales and foreclosures. Combined with a background in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design gives her clients the added benefit of being able utilize these skills to visualize property potential. Erica is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Chicago Association of Realtors. In her spare time loves to travel and is an avid snowboarder.
