Growing up, Shaina has always had a natural eye and appreciation for art, detail and architecture. Both of her parents worked in the creative field, and they inspired her to look at layouts and structural designs of homes and see real estate in a different light. Shaina combines her customer service, top producing sales background, creativity, and love for building relationships into her real estate approach. From start to finish, she educates and prepares her clients for the next steps so they feel comfortable and confident with every decision. Because of her creative eye, Shaina can suggest future renovation ideas based on the specific property. Her ideas focus on the resale value and the return on investment in the future, so clients are always in the winner’s circle. In the real estate industry, time is of the essence. Shaina knows the significance of time in the fast-pace Chicago market, and is always extremely responsive to any questions, interest and needs. She wants her clients to be first in the door to see the newest pre-market listings. Making her clients her top priority is most important to her. She also knows how to have fun throughout the process! She wants to see her clients smile, and knows how to ensure excitement during the whole home buying and selling process. In the end, after finding the perfect home, or the perfect buyer for the sale, she makes sure the process is as seamless as possible. Once closing day arrives , she will be there until her clients sign off on the last dotted line to give them a high five, hug and a sincere congratulations on their big purchase or sale of their home and will continue the relationship with them for years to come. Shaina graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and has worked in numerous customer service based sales roles, including luxury fashion, which has given her the knowledge and prestige to build a vast and strong Chicago network. She has been honored and recognized by Nordstrom, the leader in retail customer service. Her well-rounded experience and passion is what she carried with her into the luxury real estate industry and the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Yoga, art, new local restaurants, local Chicago events, family, friends, building client relationships, education, and staying in-the-know all inspire Shaina to stay on top of her game!
