Tracy is a licensed Illinois’ real estate broker who grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated with a history degree from the University of Wisconsin. After college, she honed her flair for beauty and design while working as a stylist for Elle magazine and as a project manager for a graphic and Industrial design firm and continues to express her creativity and methodology skills through interior design and home organization consulting. She has managed a home renovation of her own and understands the very personal details involved in making a house an expression of one’s life and loved ones.
As the “right-brained” member of the Gallun Michel Group, she advises sellers about how to fix up and stage their homes to minimize selling time and maximize selling price. Her ability to see a property’s potential where others only see work and problems benefits her buyers and sellers.
She and Stephanie Michel are the founding members of the Gallun Michel Group, and using their complimentary skill sets in law and design they have developed their own multi-step process to exceed their clients’ goals. Through attention to all details of the buying and selling process, from collaborating on desired outcomes, visualizing potential, staging, marketing and negotiating, they use their specially designed tools to make their clients’ buying and selling experiences seamless.
Tracy is a 20 year resident of Evanston and resides there with her husband and five children. She is active in her community through the ESCCA, Books & Breakfast, ETHS Boosters, Garden Club of Evanston, Evanston Dance Ensemble, and the District 65 schools.
