Mike is consistently ranked as one of Chicago’s top Brokers and has generated more than $500 million in career sales volume. Mike began selling real estate in 2002 and focuses on condominium/single family residential marketing and sales, new construction, and multi-family acquisition/sales. He has successfully represented more than 30 development projects totaling more than 500 units and sold over 200 multi-family/commercial buildings throughout the Chicagoland area.
During his career, Mike has excelled at identifying his clients' aspirations to surpass their residential real estate goals and expectations. Mike has also worked closely with developers in all phases of new construction—from land acquisition to project feasibility, product design, marketing and sales. This niche insight and experience has led to unmatched product knowledge, which is leveraged to maximum effect for his clients.
Before settling in Chicago twenty-five years ago, Mike has experienced living in many different places but has always felt the most 'home' in the Windy City. He currently resides downtown, which makes it easy to enjoy the culinary vibrancy - always trying new restaurants. Mike is an avid golfer, loves travel, architecture/design, renovating homes, yoga, walks along Lake Michigan, theatre and all things sports related. He enjoys spending time with his children, family and friends and soaking up the culture Chicago offers.
