A Chicago native, Liz grew up
in Glenview and Winnetka, and has lived downtown since 1992. She knows the
schools, recreation, modes of transportation and culture in the city’s diverse
neighborhoods. Having studied changing market conditions, Liz accurately
assesses property values, strategically prices homes and can anticipate
potential difficulties that might arise during the closing.





She listens carefully to your
wants and needs, and is never afraid to tell buyers which potential homes they
should walk away from, or tell sellers what they need to do to prepare their
home for listing. Committed to ongoing education regarding real estate, legal
issues and contracts, Liz analyzes housing trends weekly and communicates
