Jessica Nemshick

Hi! My name is Jessica Nemshick and I’m very excited to join the Jameson Sotheby’s Team and work as a Real Estate Agent out of the Barrington office alongside Jay Wilewski and managing broker Christopher Stephens. Previously I had worked in the service industry since 2010 in New York City and Nashville and created numerous relationships, friendships, and repeat customers over the years. I am compassionate, have an instinctive ability to relate to people, and I bring a positive and playful energy that is infectious towards others. I moved to Chicago after meeting my loving husband in 2019 – we lived in the Fulton Market neighborhood for over a year until 2020 when we decided to move to the suburbs and start a family. We bought a house in Crystal Lake with our amazing daughter, Harper, and two very active dogs, Otis and Blanche. I enjoy all of the outdoor activities and the quiet lifestyle that Crystal Lake has to offer for my family.
I grew up in Connecticut roughly an hour outside of New York City, and I have always had a passion for architecture and luxury real estate from a young age. Directly after graduating high school, I volunteered for a year with Habitat for Humanity where I led a team in the development and construction of homes for less-fortunate communities in Florida. I previously held my brokers license in New York City and in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a real estate advisor, my focus is on buyers and sellers all throughout the Chicagoland area and specializes in representing first time homebuyers, sellers, luxury rentals and purchases, property sales and more. I strive to provide a professional, honest and fun experience for all of my customers. My goal is to create a comfortable, trusting and fun environment, and I am willing to go above and beyond for all of my clients.
