Our Residences
The west end of SoLa offers 145 luxury residential condominiums in a 12-story building, including 1-3 bedroom units. Each residence offers sweeping views of Lake Michigan, the Indiana Dunes National Park, and the Chicago skyline from across the lake. Residents are afforded generous private balconies and lanais.
Additionally, 19 duplexed townhomes can be purchased at the street level of SoLa. These 2-story units include features such as private rooftop terraces, enclosed and heated parking, and individual front doors at the street level. Entire floors of these residences will be designated as full-time residential property, while other floors can be included in SoLa’s proprietary short-term rental pool, which offers owners the ability to invest in or earn rental income from these additional units. All residential townhomes will be given access to room service via SoLa’s luxury restaurants and housekeeping services via a short-term rental management company.

SoLa is also serviced by a 3-story, 395-space parking garage in the center of the property for resident use.
