Apache Course -Desert Mountain www.desertmountain.com
Course opened in 1996
7,211 yards
For golfers who prefer a more traditional approach to the game. Features rolling fairways, ample greens with subtle, grassy catch areas and deceptively sloping putting surfaces for a more relaxed style of play. The 18th hole has two separate greens: one that is easily found with a well-struck approach, and one that is set into a hillside fronted by an unforgiving wash.
Season dates of the course: All year
The course features picturesque views with four sets of tees accommodating players of all levels. The front nine greens are large and undulating giving the golfer a favorable chance to reach the green in regulation. This is where the test of Golf BEGINS!! The golf course is known throughout the area for fast challenging greens that can humble the best of putters. The smaller back nine greens have the same undulating features of the front, but require more accurate shot selection.
