Carlton Woods and Carlton Woods Creekside

Carlton Woods is the premier gated community in The Woodlands, featuring 24-hour manned security gates, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, the private Club at Carlton Woods with a 53,000-square-foot Italianate clubhouse, and a Tom Fazio Championship golf course and clubhouse in Carlton Woods/ Village of Creekside.

Homes and homesites are available in both 827-acre Carlton Woods (located within the Village of Sterling Ridge) and 500-acre Carlton Woods Creekside (located within the Village of Creekside Park). Prices range from the hundreds of thousands for a home site and $1 million to more than several million for estate homes.

The Club at Carlton Woods is one of the most exclusive country clubs in the country and the only club in Texas to offer signature Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio golf courses. USGA Men’s and Women’s State Team national championships are held at Carlton Woods as well as many U. S. Open qualifying rounds. The club was the site of the 2004 Texas Amateur and hosts the American Junior Golf Association’s HP Boys Championship.
