Warren Smalley

When you think of Warren Smalley, you think of a 'country gentleman.' The kind of person whose word is his bond, who operates without a lot of talk. He believes in hard work, preparation and significance of conducting business leading with a high moral character.

When Warren is not giving a price opinion on a ranch property, or holding an open house in a high-end neighborhood, you can find him outdoors - usually fishing. A native Texan, his work has allowed him to live in and travel to nearly every single Texas metropolis. With that, Warren has a unique perspective and expertise that emcompasses the entire State of Texas.

Professionally, Warren’s first career was in local, branch and district management of heavy equipment for the construction, industrial, government, aerospace, entertainment, and oil/gas exploration markets. Warren excelled in this industry attaining awards and accolades over the years. But, there was something missing.

Warren has always had a love of history, particularly historical objects - buildings, tools, gadgets and machinery. Inspired by his wife’s overwhelming success in real estate, Warren decided to change direction and combine the things he loved - land, history, and sense of place. Warren has always been a natural when it came to customer service, but fully realized his dream once he combined that with his love of homes and land.

His knowledge of the Hill Country from New Braunfels to Seguin, La Vernia, Luling, Kerrville Austin and San Antonio is personal. An expert in construction and market conditions, your investment (whether buying or selling) is in good hands with his guidance and direction.

Warren lives in Gruene with his wife Janet Smalley. They have three wonderful children, a son two daughters.
