To say that real estate is in Barrett’s blood would be an understatement! As the son of a homebuilder, he showed interest in architecture from a very young age. As a result, he has always had his finger on the pulse of real estate trends and property valuations—something he’s always on top of. Barrett’s wife, Madelyn, is also a Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty agent, as are her parents—the original founders of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty—a trusted name in Texas real estate for several generations.

Barrett is a graduate of Champion High School and Schreiner University. When he’s not out there helping clients, he enjoys pursuing his two greatest passions—horses and hunting! He and Madelyn currently have three dogs and four horses. They both compete in equestrian events and train horses together when time allows.
