Allen Kravitz

A dynamic presence in the Philadelphia real estate world, Allen is energetic and focused on making sure his clients receive five-star representation. Licensed since 2018, he has teamed with his brother, experienced agent Jason Kravitz, and become a go-to resource for buyers and sellers in neighborhoods throughout the city and southern New Jersey. When it comes to client representation, Allen is dedicated to educating his clients about the buying process as well as about the neighborhoods they are interested in. Important to him is ensuring that no client, whether buying, selling or renting, is taken advantage of. He particularly enjoys seeing the results of his “matchmaking” efforts when clients move into their dream home or move on selling a property they no longer need for the best price possible. “It’s a pleasure to work on a client’s behalf to help them achieve their goals, and it’s the reason I am in this career,” says Allen. “Being personable and relating to other people have always been easy for me. Transferring this skill to real estate has allowed me to excel with a wide range of clients.” Fluent in English and Russian, Allen is able to connect with Russian-speaking clients and offer his expertise. Currently a resident of Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, Allen enjoys exploring the city on bike and adding to his knowledge of the restaurant and craft beer scene when he’s not on the job. He particularly tries to support small, locally owned businesses in town. A believer that a smile and positive attitude make the world a better place, Allen is also a New Jersey-certified Emergency Medical Technician dating to his time as a student at Rowan University where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.
