Franz J. Rabauer, a realtor with more than 22 years of experience representing sellers and buyers in Philadelphia and its suburban markets, joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in November 2019. In his first year with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, Franz has been active in both the Philadelphia and suburban markets, representing, among other properties, Guildford, one of the most noteworthy and remarkable estate homes in the U.S. Located in Wyndmoor, Pa., Guildford was listed at $8,900,000 and set a record for price achieved for single-family residence in the greater Philadelphia area when it settled in early 2021.
