Gabe Mellein

Gabe Mellein has been selling real estate since 2004. He opened a boutique real estate brokerage in 2009, later selling it in 2013 to put his sole focus on listing and selling for his clients. He has been a top performing Realtor many times over, selling approximately $100,000,000 worth of properties and completing around 300 sales transactions. He is an avid investor himself and understands the financial and mental components of a sale.

Gabe started his real estate career in Florida before settling in California. In Florida he was awarded the Platinum BEAR award for a high level of sales, as well as voted a Top Real Estate Agent by Gulfshore Life Magazine many years in a row.

He has a wide range of experience from traditional sales, short sales, foreclosures, and property management to owning and operating his own real estate brokerage and supervising other Realtors. He was appointed as the preferred relocation expert for a major bank and a large retirement community of nearly 2,500 residents.

He was a point person for a private equity group and handled their foreclosed properties, seeing them through valuing the property, repossessing, rehabbing, and then onto a successful sale. He is also an avid personal investor of real estate and has owned 20 properties. He was hired to write a real estate column for a local newspaper with a weekly circulation of over 60,000 people which he did for nearly 10 years. He is also nationally certified in Feng Shui for real estate.

He is a member of Ventura County Coast Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, The Bonita Springs Area Board of Realtors, and The Florida Association of Realtors.

Beyond real estate, Gabe is very involved in meditation and has participated in numerous research studies showing the effects of meditation on the brain and body through Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. He has been doing daily meditations since 2018. He is also trained as a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. He sits on the board of directors with a local Montessori School. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing with an emphasis in Professional Golf Management from Ferris State University in Michigan. He graduated from Tony Robbin’s mastery university, as well as Dale Carnegie’s course in effective communication.
