Wendy Schultz

Wendy Schultz brings a unique perspective to real estate through her extensive experience in the vacation rental market. Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Wendy has spent countless summers in Door County. After purchasing a vacation property and not being able to find a suitable rental management company, she opted to start her own management business. Wendy’s company grew to manage over 45 properties with over 1500 guest stays. Wendy has been featured in national publications and she continues to be a trusted resource for advice on purchasing vacation rentals with clients across the country. Wendy has translated her rental management knowledge into an ability to help clients with the purchase of the perfect Door County property that they can both enjoy and rent. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland University in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Wendy, her husband and their two school-aged daughters now live in Florida and Wisconsin. She loves the beach, theme parks, animals and traveling.
