Born\nand raised in Baltimore County, Lisa Hardiman has spent almost 10 years as a\nlicensed real estate agent specializing in Baltimore’s premier neighborhoods\nincluding Roland Park, Homeland, Guilford, Ruxton, Woodbrook, Owings Mills,\nGreenspring Valley, Hampton and along the Falls Road Corridor. As an\nAccredited Buyer’s Representative, she brings valuable negotiating and\ntechnical skills to her clients as they navigate buying a home as well as\nhelping clients through the selling process. Along with her business partner,\nBonnie Markell, she provides a superior level of service to all aspects of the\nbuying and selling process. Prior to real estate, Lisa worked as a retail\nstock broker with Alex. Brown and Sons, Inc. in their San Francisco office\nbefore joining Ariel Capital Management in Chicago as their Vice President for\nShareholder Services where she was responsible for developing a customer\nservice department to handle clients needs. Her husband’s job relocated\ntheir family to Baltimore where they have spent the last 19 years raising their\n3 kids living in the Ruxton area. Lisa is an active volunteer for her\nchildren’s schools which include Gilman School and Roland Park Country School\nas well as for the Baltimore School for the Arts and Teach for America\nBaltimore where she served as the first board chair. She has been a\ntrustee of St. Paul’s School for Girls, a member of Ariel Community Academy’s\nboard as well the Joffrey Ballet’s Junior Board in Chicago. Having moved\nmany times over the span of her career life she brings a unique knowledge to\nthe relocation process and loves to introduce new people to Baltimore or life\nlong Baltimore residents to new areas in the city and county. Lisa is a\ngraduate of Brown University in Rhode Island where she studied Mathematics and\nEducational Studies.
