Najla Dearie Wehbe Dipp

Najla started her career in Real Estate in 2016. She was awarded the 40 Under 40 Award by the San Diego Association of Realtors in 2020 for her successful Real Estate career. She is also a business and life coach and is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams. Najla is an Industrial Engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration. She has ample experience in leadership, public speaking, coaching, sales, marketing, and public relations. At age 23 Najla became the youngest City Councilmember for the City of Tijuana, Mexico. She worked for Bank Santander's headquarters in Mexico as Director of Short-term credit department, and she is also a TedX speaker, to mention some of her most important professional achievements. Born and raised in Mexico, from Lebanese parents, Najla Wehbe Dipp, is fluent in Spanish & English, and after living in Italy for a year, she can speak basic Italian as well. To live in San Diego, CA was a lifelong dream of hers that came true in 2013.
