'We never once felt pressured. We felt very comfortable talking with Cheryl not so much as a realtor but as a friend who was knowledgeable in real estate. She maintained her poise and good humor throughout the process, which was not without obstacles. I deeply appreciate Cheryl not only for her knowledge and expertise, but also for her humanity.' Kristina Inn and John D'Amato (Client Testimonial)
With her business experience and passion for helping others, Cheryl is highly qualified to provide her clients with exemplary customer service. Born in Charlevoix, Michigan, and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Cheryl graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in communication. Living in Houston after graduation, Cheryl returned to Columbus to work for her father's construction company. That experience led her to start her own construction company where she faced and overcame many challenges to become one of the few women leaders in the male-dominated construction industry.
From construction, Cheryl transitioned into real estate and has never looked back. With a resolute focus on achieving success for her clients and commitment to seeing the process through from beginning to end, Cheryl has established a proven track record. She earned recognition as Top Producer and Top Salesperson 2013 at LIST Sotheby's International Realty.
In addition, Cheryl has been nominated and recognized for the prestigious Aloha'Aina Realtor Award. This award publicly acknowledges realtors who excel in the profession and is based on service to clients and colleagues.
Cheryl brings her personal philosophy to her work. 'I get to participate in helping make others' dreams come true. I love the challenges and facilitating every transaction. I have met some of the most interesting and fascinating people. It's a huge honor to get to know people as individuals. When you learn their story, you can help them move on to the next chapter.'
