Sarah Greenlee Morse moved to Annapolis in 1992 and is proud to call this beautiful, historic city “home”. She brings to her work a robust knowledge of the greater Annapolis area including waterfront and water-privileged neighborhoods, lock-and-leave condominiums, and luxury homes. Currently a resident of downtown Annapolis, Sarah knows the intricacies of the Murray Hill, Historic Annapolis, and Eastport neighborhoods.
Shortly after starting her career as a Realtor®, she was featured as the regional “Rising Star” in the inaugural edition of Chesapeake Real Producers magazine. Sarah believes that prior professional experiences helped fuel her rapid success as a real estate agent, including the knowledge and skills gained as a sales representative for IBM, Eastern regional director for AFS Intercultural Programs, and admissions director for St. John’s College in Annapolis.
She brings to her work a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the unwavering commitment to achieve the very best outcome for each of her clients. She communicates clearly and often, remains readily available throughout the process, and provides access to an extensive network of top-notch industry professionals such as engineers, inspectors, designers, architects, lenders, and licensed contractors.
Locally, Sarah is active on the steering committee of Anne Arundel Women Giving Together (AAWGT) and the vestry of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church. She is an avid music fan who enjoys many types of music. She attends a yearly international jazz festival and, when younger, performed in a Gilbert and Sullivan Troupe in New York City. She looks forward to international travel, spending time with her two grown daughters, and walking her rescue dogs around downtown Annapolis.
Sarah attended John Burrough School in St. Louis and graduated from Smith College with a degree in French Studies. She is certified as a Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Sarah has lived and worked all over the country including the Midwest, Northwest, New England, New York City, and Washington D.C. She spent extended time in Belgium and France and traveled internationally in her work for St. John’s College and AFS. She brings, therefore, a broad global perspective to her work and welcomes working with local, national, and international clients.
