With an elevated location in Askim, this architect-designed, luxurious home, built in 2011, has living space of almost 300 m2, a high standard of workmanship and building material and features such as shaped cover boards, grooved terrace boards, and dark polished marble window sills. Straight ahead is the kitchen, which shares an open layout with the approximately 78 m2 living room and dining room. The modern kitchen has white cabinets by Kungsäter Kök. The countertops are of high-quality black laminate, and all the appliances are by Siemens, including a wide induction hob, ventilation fan, built-in oven with a microwave, and a refrigerator and freezer. The large kitchen island has built-in storage and accommodates six bar stools. The floor has the same black ceramic flooring as in the hall, and there are dimmable spotlights in the ceiling. The kitchen has plenty of storage space thanks to the large number of drawers and cabinets. The living and dining room area has room for a big dining table set and a large seating set. Against the wall, next to the door out to the glassed-in patio facing east, there is a smoke-free, chimneyless fireplace that runs on bioethanol fuel. The large window near the dining area faces south and provides great natural light for the whole room.

The well-planned bedroom and children and teenage section on the main floor is separated from the rest of this level by a door between the hallway and the kitchen. This section has a fine common room, three bedrooms (ca 19 m2, 16 m2 and 16 m2, respectively), a bathroom and a laundry room. The common room has a large window area facing west that makes it bright and inviting. One of the bedrooms has a big wardrobe with sliding doors. Another bedroom has a wall with an alcove that creates a hobby or study space with a partitioned sleeping area. The bathroom is fully tiled with a wall-mounted toilet, hand basin, shower stall, and a little window, as well as a towel heating rack. There are white tiles and black ceramic flooring, as well as dimmable spotlights in the ceiling. The laundry room has a Siemens washing machine and dryer, a wash basin, several storage cabinets, a cleaning supplies closet with the central vacuum cleaning unit, a geothermal unit, and a door out to the back of the house, which faces north. The laundry room is fully tiled with white walls and a black floor.

On the upper level there are three bedrooms, the largest of which has a floor area of about 23 m2 with a built-in closet. The two smaller bedrooms each have floor areas of 15 m2. There is a large L-shaped common room with skylights, connecting the bedrooms. It’s the perfect place for a TV and/or playroom. Adjacent to the common room is adjacent is a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has white tiles and black ceramic tile floors, as well as windows, a shower stall, a wall-mounted toilet, towel heating rack, dimmable ceiling spotlights and a double hand basin with stand. The common room also has access to the glassed-in terrace that faces west and enjoys a sweeping view of Askim and the sea. The balcony, with its floor area of about 19 m2, can accommodate a good deal of furniture.
