Clint Copenhaver

As a top producing agent for over a decade, Clint has earned the title of Vice President of Sales. His extensive grasp of the intricacies of Real Estate transactions gives his buyers and sellers a true sense of confidence in the process. He takes great pride in his ability to embrace the unique and individualized goals of his clients and make them his own.
Clint is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and has successfully transacted hundreds of sales in both states, including single family homes, condominiums, and new developments. He has been specifically trained to help clients prepare their homes for market. Clint also has a strong interest in Real Estate-oriented photography.

An Ohio native, Clint currently resides with his wife, children, and family dog in the vibrant city of Newport, Kentucky. His business is focused on unique and historic architecture on both sides of the river in Greater Cincinnati. He is an active member of his community with interests in cycling, cooking, and gardening. Clint has an unbridled enthusiasm for the region; not only for its many fine homes, but for our local sports teams as well.

Clint is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and earned numerous accolades for his skills in both negotiation and client counseling during his tenure in law school.
