Mariza leverages her multilingual, multicultural and global business background in her real estate career and professional relocation business, providing a more worldly experience to her clients. Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, Mariza is also able to deliver continuous realtor services to her clients throughout the region. Reflecting on her client needs, Mariza notes, “All my clients are individuals with differing needs based on background, language, price-point and timing. My job is to understand and factor in those needs when providing individually tailored service, which includes crafting a marketing plan and managing the real estate transaction from start to finish. Whether it’s purchasing, selling or renting properties, one thing everyone has in common is a desire for realizing value and completing a smooth and professional transaction in a timely way. That’s what I’ve been doing successfully since 2013 and I know I’ve done well when my clients respond with repeat business and referrals.” Mariza grew up in Juarez, Mexico, then lived in Merida, the capital city of the Yucatan, before moving to Cincinnati in 2001. Mariza’s own experiences relocating her family internationally, then to the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati in 2001 prompted her interest in providing realtor services to others. “Finding the right home in the right community is a challenge, even more so when relocating from outside the area. I can relate to that process and I provide my clients with invaluable guidance throughout their relocation journey to find a new home in Cincinnati.” Mariza is the proud wife, mother of three boys and an Aussie shepherd. She is past president of the Summit Country Day School Parents Association, active in the Walnut Hills High School Parents Association, former campaign chair of the American Cancer Society, past president of the Woman’s Capital Club, past board member of Mount Notre Dame High School, and long-time member of PGITI Gourmet Group. While living in Merida, Mexico, Mariza was managing director and partner of a fine jewelry manufacturing company with 700 employees. Mariza received a BA degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Cincinnati after her third son was born. Besides family and business, Mariza’s other interests include Equity Markets and real estate investing, reading, hiking, Yoga, cooking and continuing education.
