She gets results. Prior to launching a career in real estate, Jeanne obtained undergraduate degrees in both psychology and social work from Wilmington College. She then continued on to Miami University and earned her MBA with a focus on marketing. The preparation, research, and advocacy required in social work have seamlessly carried over into how Jeanne engages with clients in real estate. While working with older adults and their families, she honed vital skills of listening, understanding client’s needs, and providing resources and solutions. This experience makes her an expert clients reach out to for her understanding of aging, family challenges, and the importance of finding the right home at each stage of life. She is a consummate professional, armed with local knowledge, negotiation skills, creative marketing plans, and extensive connections, she makes recommendations that are both realistic and a win for all parties. Detail oriented with an incredibly positive attitude, Jeanne effectively uses all of her skills to simplify a complex process, making it as seamless as possible. Jeanne is most at home on her horse farm, surrounded by animals, in Clermont County that she shares with her husband, Jeff Smith.
