Nick Rupel

Nick’s love for real estate can easily be credited to his grandfather who was a property developer in the Cincinnati area. Nick’s father, brother, and uncles are also real estate investors. Together, their professional experience and genuine passion for the business positively influenced Nick’s interests and career path.

Immersed in the family business, he grew up maintaining his family’s properties – all while having a unique opportunity to learn first-hand about the real estate business. From the fundamentals to the finer intricacies, he gained valuable knowledge of all aspects of the industry, including marketing, business strategy, building and renovating, financing and investing, and property management and cash flow.

He grew up in Oxford, Ohio and graduated from Miami University with a degree from the Farmer School of Business. Nick is also a managing partner of two companies that own and maintain nearly 30 rental properties in Cincinnati and Oxford.

Nick’s clients rely on his hard work, dependability, and his unique perspective as an insider of the residential real estate industry. They know that Nick thoroughly understands their goals and is fully committed to delivering the best results.

In addition to real estate, Nick has a passion for home improvement projects and loves exploring the amazing city of Cincinnati with his fiancée, Cass and their two dogs—Pinot and Finn. They live in the lovely, historic East Walnut Hills community.
