Enjoy an entertaining weekend of food and wine that will showcase the talent of Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Mark Estee. Chef Rocco DiSpirito is an award winning chef and author of ten highly-acclaimed cookbooks, including The Pound a Day Diet. Chef Mark Estee is chef and owner of the popular Campo in Reno and regarded as a community leader and nationally recognized chef. Estee is dedicated to building a thriving restaurant culture in both Lake Tahoe, California and Reno, Nevada.

Chef Mark Estee, has a reputation for supporting local farmers and food suppliers. He is the owner of seven restaurants where his entrepreneurial spirit is evident in the items he touches. Chef Rocco DiSpirito is on a mission to prove “healthy and delicious” are not mutually exclusive and is out to spread the word of healthy eating.
