For the second year in a row, Truckee and Lake Tahoe made the list of the nation’s Best Ski Towns For Real Estate Investing. Based on a handful of factors like distance to the nearest airport, gross rent yield and “pure awesomeness”, RealtyTrac compiled a list of top ski town picks. For their methodology they started with towns with at least 500 housing units and at least one ski resort ranking in the top 50 ski resorts analyzed by ZRankings (click for full story).
