Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty proudly welcomes Brian Grocott to their talented team of California real estate associates. A native of Truckee, CA,  Grocott recently moved back to the Sierra after living and working in Capitola.

A graduate of The University of Nevada, Reno, Grocott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business management. He then discovered a passion for real estate which led to a prosperous career as a  licensed realtor and real estate broker specializing in sales and investment. 

In the last 15 years Grocott has spearheaded the purchase, renovation, and sale of over 600 homes spanning 3 states and totaling over $170 million in sales volume. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate including, single-family homes, investment properties, condos, rentals, renovation, design and much more.

He currently manages a successful real estate investment company and a large rental portfolio. In addition to real estate, Grocott also served as a Director for the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and continues to do consulting work for a real estate private equity group.

In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding, and experiencing everything the Sierra has to offer.

He looks forward to bringing his extensive knowledge and experience to the Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty team.
