Another popular listing in WSJ’s poll was\u00a03 Winwood Drive in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0– (pictured below) an estate inspired by Italian Villas and in some unconventional ways, by Dan Brown’s novel ‘The Da Vinci Code’. The property\u00a0sold in 2013 for an undisclosed price.<\/p>\n

Fellow affiliate,\u00a0Summit Sotheby’s International Realty<\/a>\u00a0made the list of favorites as well with their\u00a0Farmhouse on the Creek listing<\/a>\u00a0– a French Country estate currently owned by\u00a0Bron Roylance, celebrity make-up artist to the stars<\/b>\u00a0and dear friend of actor Pierce Brosnon who was interviewed by the\u00a0Wall Street Journal<\/em>\u00a0back in September of 2013 for House of the Day. Located in Sundance, Utah the property is currently on the market for $7.9 million.<\/p>\n
