Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty’<\/a>s Randy Roesch<\/a> recently completed a luxury home marketing training offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, as well as a sales strategy study conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors<\/a> in response to the growing need for high-level real estate marketing demands in Reno<\/a> and Lake Tahoe<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Luxury Home Marketing course covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, \u00a0lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today\u2019s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property. The course was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, President of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing<\/a> and author of the book,\u00a0Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents\u2019 Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes. <\/em>Lifestyle Marketing currently plays a major in the Sotheby\u2019s International Realty global marketing campaign.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe course is a step towards earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation which The Institute awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market,\u201d said Moore-Moore. \u201cRandy Roesch is an example of a sales associate who works to hone special skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n

Roesch has been in real estate for over ten years and specializes in Luxury Golf Lifestyle\u00a0Properties, with a focus on the ArrowCreek<\/a> community and Incline Village<\/a>. Roesch launched the\u00a0ON PAR Advisor<\/a><\/em>\u00a0this spring with his partner, Phil Reed<\/a>, in an effort to meet the growing needs of marketing Luxury Golf Lifestyle Properties. The\u00a0ON PAR Advisor<\/em>\u00a0is a seasonal report on market performance and ArrowCreek news. Since the launch of the\u00a0ON PAR Advisor<\/em>, Roesch and Reed have had newly listed properties under contract in just days.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Luxury Home Marketing training provided new insight about the upper tier market. The course helped me polish my skills and provided valuable networking contacts with other agents across the country who specialize in luxury properties,\u201d Roesch said. \u201cIn addition, I discovered new and creative tools for promoting expensive homes and estates and new resources for finding buyer prospects. Home buyers and sellers will benefit from my new knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n

Roesch also recently completed a highly specialized course in residential real estate buyer sales strategies conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors<\/a>.\u00a0The course is one in a series of professional education sequences required to qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe growing importance of negotiation as well as sales strategies in today\u2019s residential real estate market were addressed by the instructor in this course,\u201d Roesch said. \u201cThe many varied needs of the buyer, who is making what is probably the single largest purchase of a lifetime, are dealt with in this advanced course.\u201d<\/p>\n

The segments of the course included counseling techniques, understanding human behavior, and professional knowledge of the required steps in the real estate sales sequence.<\/p>\n

The Council of Residential Specialists Courses are presented throughout the U.S. in affiliation with the National Association of Realtors, as part of its on-going program of promoting the professionalism of the residential sales associate.<\/p>\n
