A Retired Chief Master Sergeant, in the USAF after 20 years of service in the prestigious special operations Pararescue division, Bob Wheeler received the Distinguished Flying Cross, Airman\u2019s Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal along with numerous additional military awards and accolades.\u00a0 Wheeler also received a Military Free Fall Parachutist Badge, a US Navy Scuba DIVER badge, is jump master qualified and was designated team lead for many military operations.<\/p>\n

Wheeler\u2019s extensive background within the real estate industry includes 31 years as a Nevada licensed real estate professional since 1993, and owner of Wheeler Associates, Inc. in Incline Village from 1986 to 2001. He has represented clients with real estate transactions in excess of $700 million of residential, multi-family, commercial and vacant land.<\/p>\n

Having been recognized as Citizen of the Year for Incline Village\/Crystal Bay Chamber of Commerce, Bob has been an active member of his cherished community for many years. When not assisting his clients and fellow brokers, this grandfather of six spends his off hours with family and golf, a sport he has been addicted to since moving to Incline Village in 1965.<\/p>\n

As Wheeler takes the helm of the Sotheby\u2019s Incline team, Vince Scott will be stepping aside from his role as Managing Broker, where he has made immense contributions, to pursue significant development projects within the Reno\/Tahoe area. \u201cI\u2019m passionate about development projects that are green, energy efficient, give back, are timeless and add value to the community, says Scott. \u201cI\u2019ve found that private money investors and institutional investors, lenders and partners are more demanding than ever which means that success these days, in this market, requires 100% focus.
