Enjoy an entertaining weekend of food and wine that will showcase the talent of Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirito<\/strong> and Mark Estee<\/strong>. Chef Rocco DiSpirito is an award winning chef and author of ten highly-acclaimed cookbooks, including The Pound a Day Diet. Chef Mark Estee is chef and owner of the popular Campo in Reno and regarded as a community leader and nationally recognized chef.
