Hemig is joined by his business partner, Kristine Mitchell of Incline Village, Nev. Together, they bring over 50 years of real estate experience to current and future clients throughout California and Nevada.<\/p>\n

Hemig announced his departure from Dickson Realty on August 4, 2017 where he was the co-owner for six years. Hemig and Mitchell round out years of experience handling numerous development projects including Winter Creek, which recently sold out in Truckee. Additionally, Hemig has been the real estate broker for Truckee\u2019s Sierra Bluffs, Pine Forest and Pinyon Creek and collectively Hemig and Mitchell secured the listing for Coldstream in Truckee and the legacy property of Serenity at Lake Almanor, Calif. The Serenity at Lake Almanor property is one of the largest lakefront parcels offered in California spanning 1,397 acres with unmatched views of Lassen Peak and access to year-round recreation with a rich variety of wildlife nearby.<\/p>\n

Hemig\u2019s commercial efforts began on the development side where he participated in the approval process for numerous Truckee residential and mixed-use subdivisions, ultimately brokering several of them. Additionally, he has been involved in the community, serving on the board of directors for the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce for two years and on the board of directors of the Truckee Donner Public Utility District for 20 years.<\/p>\n

Serving both California and Nevada markets, Mitchell brings a high level of client service, integrity and professionalism to her 25-plus year real estate career.\u00a0An experienced owner-builder and innovative marketing specialist, she has an eye for investment potential and a passion for connecting her clients with exceptional opportunities.<\/p>\n

Hemig and Mitchell both value conservation efforts and habitat protection; they both serve as chairs for the Tahoe Institute for Natural Science (TINS), serving all of Lake Tahoe, Truckee and the Tahoe-Sierra region.<\/p>\n
