\"\"<\/a>Incline Village, NV <\/strong>\u2013 Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty recently announced the addition of seasoned real estate agent Kurt Colgan to their Incline Village, Nevada team of professionals representing both California and Nevada properties.<\/p>\n

Colgan joins Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty with over 30 years in the real estate business and more than 1,000 successful sales which he credits almost entirely to referral business. With a \u201cclient first\u201d business model, his focus is on helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, whether that is a second home, investment property, or primary residence.<\/p>\n

Colgan\u2019s background takes him from Aspen to then Durango, Colorado where he started his real estate career.\u00a0 In 1988, career opportunities brought him to Northern California where he\u2019s been practicing real estate ever since.\u00a0 During his real estate career, Kurt has been a top producer, owner of a boutique real estate firm, and a manager of an office of over 100 agents. Licensed as a broker in 2000, Kurt\u2019s experience and training, elevated his customer service platform to the highest level.<\/p>\n

When he\u2019s not connecting buyers and sellers with extraordinary opportunities, you\u2019ll find Colgan on the river, in the kitchen, on the golf course or traveling the world with his fly rod.
