Reno, NV (Feb 8, 2018) – Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty announced the opening of its newest office in Reno. Located at The Summit Reno<\/a>, the new location will be the 10th<\/sup> for the independently owned luxury real estate brokerage company.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we concluded our best year ever in 2017, our new office at The Summit Reno<\/a> is a reflection of the hard work our real estate associates and our support team have put in over the past couple of years,\u201d said Peter Strand, president of Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty. \u201cOur focus is long-term and this is an exciting step.\u201d<\/p>\n

With a significant foothold in the Incline Village, Truckee and surrounding Lake Tahoe markets, Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty has already been providing high-level real estate services to the Reno community for years. This new location makes the brand more accessible to Reno buyers and sellers across all price points.<\/p>\n

Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty has seen steady growth since their opening in 2011 and is expanding at a time when Reno\u2019s housing market is experiencing major shifts.<\/p>\n

The app offers an ability to explore properties listed by the Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty brand worldwide. A unique feature of this\u00a0app\u00a0is the ability to\u00a0switch to Game Mode to experience and be inspired by some the most beautiful homes around the World and guess where they are located.<\/p>\n

This new location comes on the heels of Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty representing Blockchains, LLC in the purchase of 68,000 acres of land at the\u00a0Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center\u00a0<\/a>(TRI). Equating to nearly the size of Reno, this significant transaction represents one of the largest land deals in the history of Nevada.<\/p>\n
