With a background representing some the country\u2019s most prominent ski and golf course communities, Gillis is right at home in Northern Nevada where she and her husband just completed their new Prairie-style, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home in Reno\u2019s Saint James Village community.<\/p>\n

Originally from Wisconsin, Colleen relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona where she began her real estate career in 1984. As a specialist in project sales and marketing she achieved outstanding success at Desert Highlands, Desert Mountain, and DC Ranch.<\/p>\n

In 1999 Colleen moved to Park City Utah to pursue opportunities connected to the emerging major project communities then new to the Park City market. After working with Glenwild (golf community) she went on to Talisker where she focused on the Village at Empire Pass\/Deer Valley (ski community). Colleen then became a key member of Promontory (golf\/ski community) sales team. In 2007, she joined Summit Sotheby\u2019s International Realty as an Associate Broker.<\/p>\n

As a REALTOR\u00ae, Colleen enjoys worldwide marketing reach with her exceptional knowledge of Real Estate (homes, land, golf and ski). Colleen brings 10 years of experience with the Sotheby\u2019s brand to Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty. She is also a member of the Board of Regents LuxuryRealEstate.com and Who\u2019s Who of Luxury Real Estate. These outstanding organizations have a global reach and are connected to Real Estate Agents and Multiple Listing Servers world-wide.<\/p>\n

Colleen\u2019s passion for Real Estate and serving her clients led her to achieve an Interior Design Diploma from the International Interior Design Institute and also received an AutoCad (computer aid drawing) Fundamental Certificate. These programs have allowed her to serve her clients at the highest levels.<\/p>\n

Colleen enjoys golf, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing, and is an active member of the Reno community.<\/p>\n
