The real estate power couple founded Padden Properties in 2004, a small boutique brokerage that focused on Northstar and Tahoe\u2019s north shore communities. Both licensed real estate brokers in California and Nevada, the two share a love for the mountain lifestyle that attracts the residents they often serve. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">Trina and Sam met at Sunnyside Resort on Tahoe\u2019s west shore, where she worked as a waiter and he as busboy. They\u2019ve been together since 1988 and will celebrate their 30<sup>th<\/sup> wedding anniversary in May 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">Trina has been selling real estate in the Tahoe area since 1988 and officially began working as a broker in 2001. Sam\u2019s career in real estate began in 1989 when he worked as a property manager in Tahoe City.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">\u00a0A shift to sales soon followed, and he\u2019s been selling homes, land, and condominiums from the West Shore to Truckee ever since. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Helvetica; color: black;\">The couple have been living in the Kingswood neighborhood of North Tahoe for more than 20 years. Trina had lived in some of America\u2019s most beautiful places, but it was Tahoe that ultimately captured her heart. The same could be said for Sam, who relocated to Tahoe in 1988 after years of visiting as a \u201cweekend warrior\u201d from San Francisco.
