Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty proudly welcomes\nBrian Grocott to their talented team of California real estate associates. A\nnative of Truckee, CA, Grocott recently\nmoved back to the Sierra after living and working in Capitola. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A\ngraduate of The University of Nevada, Reno, Grocott earned his Bachelor of Arts\ndegree in business management. He then discovered a passion for real estate which\nled to a prosperous career as a licensed\nrealtor and real estate broker specializing in sales and investment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In\nthe last 15 years Grocott has spearheaded the purchase, renovation, and\nsale of over 600 homes spanning 3 states and totaling over $170 million in\nsales volume. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate including,\nsingle-family homes, investment properties, condos, rentals, renovation, design\nand much more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\ncurrently manages a successful real estate investment company and a large\nrental portfolio. In addition to real estate, Grocott also served as a Director\nfor the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors and continues to do consulting work\nfor a real estate private equity group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In\nhis free time he enjoys mountain biking, stand-up paddle boarding, and\nexperiencing everything the Sierra has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
