SEATTLE, WA USA (October 13, 2014) \u2013 Lake Tahoe-based agent Lexi Cerretti<\/a>, recently represented Sierra Sotheby\u2019s International Realty at the \u00a0Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate\u2019s<\/a> Annual Fall Conference. The event took place the first week of October at The Fairmont Copley Plaza<\/a> \u00a0in Boston, Massachusetts where the country\u2019s top luxury agents gathered to network and discuss industry trends.<\/p>\n

Saul Cohen<\/a>, president and co-founder of Hammond Residential Real Estate, was honored with the Luxury Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award during the event\u2019s Gala Dinner & Awards Presentation. Keynote speakers included Kipp Bodnar<\/a> of HubSpot, who discussed inbound marketing principles and tactics, and Kermit Baker<\/a> from the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University, who shared insight on current housing trends.<\/p>\n

Members of the Who\u2019s Who in Luxury Real Estate network participated in expert panel discussions on a diverse range of topics including working with international buyers, the latest technologies to win and market a listing and cultivating your network by leveraging your connections to grow your business, including Sierra Sotheby’s principals Thomas Wright<\/a> of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty<\/a> and Scott Webber<\/a> of Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty<\/a> as panelists. More targeted discussions led by Luxury Real Estate members and partners included negotiating from a number of different perspectives, technology tips to sell more real estate, current findings on Chinese real estate investment, marketing a lifestyle for resort destinations, how to find and activate the top 1%ers and tips on growing your business to the next level while keeping a healthy work\/life balance.<\/p>\n
