David was born in Philadelphia and raised in the Wynnfield section of the city. He attended Central High(235) and Philadelphia Community College. He moved to the Jersey Shore in 1980 and now reside in the Lower Chelsea section of Atlantic City. David has been involved in real estate since 1985 as an investor and developer, while simultaneously carrying on several successful automobile businesses.
